We’re friendly, approachable and most importantly caring, offering the highest level of service available

Introduction to staff

We have a well established and loyal team running and supporting Glanville Ladies Residential Care.

Our Home manager is supported by a team of 24 friendly and qualified staff as full time or part time carers – some who have been working at Glanville for up to 30 years. Our team will go the extra mile to ensure that our ladies are happy and their needs are catered for, with a smile on their faces.

Our carers have all completed their mandatory training as well as undertaking many extra modules. All of the team embodies Glanville’s family values and ensures the ladies receive the highest possible levels of care in a warm and loving environment.

Our chef also plays an important role in the home preparing delicious and heartening meals for our ladies to enjoy.

Our Deputy Manager, Kayleigh Noel, is Jersey born and bred. She has worked at Glanville since 2009, this being her first work placement as a carer, and she has continued to gain all her qualifications and experience through Glanville. She says that she feels Glanville is her second home, as it is so welcoming and homely.

Glanville day to day

Day to day, Glanville Ladies Residential Care is a happy place for both the residents and the staff.

Our changing range of activities and meals means that each day is filled with variety.

Being a small home, we are able to nurture residents and really get to know them as individuals. This enables us to create a genuine home from home environment where residents and staff can flourish.
